Hello, everyone, welcome to the Channel Hour. I'm your host Som and I'm just so excited and so blessed to be here, talking with you, in your ear, getting close and comfortable. I know, I know. We just met, but I hope that you'll stick around for the rest.

You're here now and you found this podcast and you're probably wondering what a channel hour is. Don't worry, I got you. When I sat down with myself, I realized that my intention for the channel hour is channeling messages from the divine. So when I speak, or when I communicate ideas or tell stories or poetry or sing or anything I know, in my heart of hearts, that I am a soul, right. This vessel, this body, that I am in is just a vessel. Ironically, for messages that come to me from the divine. I don't think I do this by myself for they are always with me. It's so funny because you know, analytically, I don't necessarily have credentials or anything like that, where in the physical world of "how are/who are you to, to speak to others," but I have these downloads of wisdom that I would love to share with the collective. And just an analysis of myself, my life, others around me, our interactions. I think that is a beautiful thing to bring to the table. Also, to be a support group for all of those journeying on to spirituality, or just in life in general. If you're not a spiritual person, I totally understand. I'll still be able to explain the concepts in a way that can open your mind to some spiritual methodologies. Also, astrology which is one of my favorite things. People love when I talk about astrology, numerology, and Dharma. I would love to touch up on those types of concepts in a way that is dissectable and funny. Apparently, people think I'm funny. I'm just really real and if that resonates with you, sick. We're friends now.
If you're still listening to me talk, then we are friends. Yeah, holla at me. I'm going to start an email. This is also new for me. So, I would love to connect and interact with every single one of you who is listening. You can DM me on Instagram, you can email me. I don't know maybe I'll even have a text line. You could text me. You can call me and I just want to be there for every single one of you. You don't have to do this journey alone. There's so many of us out there. All in the little pockets. Which leads me to our topic for today. The tiny pockets in life; the gratitude shift.
